THE MANUFACTURING MODEL
Modern Production System
Freedom 60 modules are manufactured off-site by Greater Homes, then installed by a regional builder. That reduces on-site programme risk and keeps the build sequence clear from approvals through to handover.
Built for consistency
Volume-purchased materials: Structural steel, cladding and fixtures are specified as a standard range, so quality stays consistent across builds.
Factory production: Modules are assembled in a controlled facility, which reduces weather delays and on-site trade bottlenecks before the regional builder completes installation.
Full Turnkey Management
Project coordination: From site investigation and engineering through council permits, transport and utility connections, The Small Home Project coordinates the process with your builder.
Itemised pricing: Your estimate shows assessments, design and approvals, the ex-factory module and an average site allowance. Final site costs vary by block and are itemised in your HIA building contract.

A 4.5 kW rooftop solar system is available as an optional extra. Solar isn’t included in the estimated totals on this page.
