We guide the whole path, from the first look at your block to the day you get the keys. You make the big decisions. We handle most of the rest.

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Free desktop check

    We look at zoning, overlays and whether a Freedom can sit on your block. No cost to start.

  2. Step 2 of 5

    Site assessment

    On-site checks: services, geotech and the practical fit of the home.

    Fee: $2,500

  3. Step 3 of 5

    Design and engineering

    Plans, engineering and the path through permits. A building permit is always required.

    Fee: $12,500

    After the free check, $15k total ($2,500 + $12,500).

  4. Step 4 of 5

    Factory build

    Built offsite with Greater Homes, then brought to your block.

    Delivery and handover

    Short time on site. Foundations, connect, keys.
